今日は3年ぶりの開催となる『ミシュランガイド京都大阪2023 掲載店発表会』に公式からのご招待をいただきまして南港のハイアットリージェンシー大阪を訪れました。
会場にはコロナ対応の為席数を減らしドリンクもお食事もないことをお聞きしていたので
少し早めに来てB1にあるイタリア料理『バジリコ』さんで1人ランチを楽しむことに。
高級感ある外観でピッツァの薪釜が見えるオープンキッチンスタイルの広々としたトラットリア。
小さな滝が眺められる窓際へと案内いただいてテーブル席に着きます。
予約の際にお願いしてあった
【ランチセット】本日のシェフサラダ、パスタorピザ、デザートなど＋選べる1ドリンク＋スープ（平日限定）が選べるとてもお得なプラン。
パスタかピッツァで悩みましたが本日は栗とパンチェッタとお聞きしてピッツァをチョイス。
ドリンクにはスパークリングワイン、
深めのグラスに2杯分はあろうかというほど注いでいただきました。
ランチならではのこういうお得感が嬉しいですよね。
そして1人この佳き日に乾杯…。
鰤とアーティチョークのサラダを頬張り弾ける泡で誰にも邪魔されない厳かな気持ちを楽しみました。
秋の野菜を使ったミネストローネとローズマリーのフォカッチャ、牛蒡の香りが新鮮でトマトの酸味もまろやか
フォカッチャをいくらでも食べてしまいそう。
おっといけない、ピッツァが来るんだった…。
と気がついた時には目の前に大きな25cmはあろうかというピッツァがw
冷めないうちにとチーズを伸ばしながらひと口、
程よい厚みのもっちり生地にほくっとする栗の甘さとパンチェッタの脂とえんみの相性が心地よくとても気に入りました。
フォカッチャはおかわりしなかったものの
ピッツァを2枚も食べるとさすがにお腹いっぱいになってしまい
どうしようかなと思っているとお店の方が気を利かせて下さって残りは持ち帰りにしてくれました。
ティラミスとアールグレイをのんびり楽しんで大満足のランチになりました。
さて、そろそろビバンダム君に逢いに行こうかな…。
バジリコのスタッフの方、その節はありがとうございました。
自宅で家族が『やっぱりホテルの味は違うな』とピッツァの味をとても喜んでくれましたよ。
また来たいと思います。
