お料理は全体的にとてもおいしかったですが、最初のブラータに入っているトマトが塩分が過ぎるかなと思いました。マルゲリータやサーロインのグリルは窯焼きなので香ばしくgood。リゾットが一番印象に残る美味な料理でした。
13％のサービス料が付き39000円ほど。ワインの価格設定が少々お高めなので総額が高くなりました。
飲み切れなかったコル・ドルチャを部屋に持ち帰り、グラスはルームサービスにもってきていただくことができゆっくり飲ませてもらいました。
カシス、枯れ葉のような香り、華やかで、香り高く。
