人気があるという記事をよく目にしていたので気になり訪問。
一休で14:30〜16:00(席利用は17:00まで)の時間帯で4,746円(税サ込)。
この期間はメインの抹茶に加え、レモンとマンゴーがサブメイン。
12:00からスイーツブッフェ は開始されているので、利用開始時にはスイーツ達は取られているが、なくなる側からすぐに補充がされるため、食べたいのに無いということは退席までなかった。
結構な価格だが、ギターの生演奏が途中なされており、価格に見合った付加価値があるように思う。
吹き抜けで開放感かあり、窓の外には緑が見えるため、雰囲気も良い。
ただ、すぐ近くに小さな子供連れが利用しており、ファミレスのようだった。
自分も小さな子供をおいて、リフレッシュに優雅な時間を過ごしに来ていただけにとても残念でならない。
親子連れが退店するまでざわつきが止まらず、終始リラックスできなかったのが本当に残念…
さて、話は戻るが、料理の種類はそれ程多くはない印象。
サラダは葉物オンリー。ドレッシングも2種。
セイボリーもパン3種、鮭のエスカベッシュ、ペンネグラタン、牛すじカレー、春巻、大根ポタージュのみ。
途中参加のため、サラダは水分が飛んでいた。
けれどどれも悪くはない。
ポタージュはとても美味しく何度もリピ。
スイーツはメインのパリブレストがやはり美味。
レモンパリブレストは中のキャラメルソースの苦味が絶妙、抹茶パリブレストは抹茶クリームが濃厚だし中の求肥もワンポイントになって良い。
ミルクムースが苦手なので、タルト3種にどれも使用されていたため好みに合わず…
焼き菓子は今年のサミットで提供されたものだけありバターたっぷりで美味。
和菓子も甘いだけでなく、爽やかな甘みで美味。
自分で好きなものをトッピングできるのも良い。
アジアンスイーツのトーファは初めて食べたが上品で美味。
甘いだけではなく、どれもフランス菓子のようでとてもクオリティが高く、さすがホテルメイドという感じ。
再訪あり。
