名物の「焼きしゃぶ」なるものをいただきに参りました。
「焼きしゃぶ」って初めて聞きました。
なんでも、薄切りのお肉を石の上で焼く韓国風のメニューらしいです。
石焼き焼きしゃぶランチ1,650円税込です。
お野菜はピーマン、エリンギ、サツマイモ、タケノコ、かぼちゃ、なす、こんにゃくなどすべて小ぶりのものです。
別にサラダはついてきます。
調味料が豊富で、お塩が4種類、特製お味噌、コチュジャン、粒マスタード、粗挽き胡椒、わさびなど…
加えて、おろしポン酢と卵だれもあります。
お肉は薄切りの焼きしゃぶ用とのことですが、ロースとバラかと思います。
それぞれ4枚あります。
まずはわさびとお塩でいただきます。
あとはおろしポン酢と卵だれがおいしかったです。
