大阪文化会館 天保山にて開催中の『荒木飛呂彦原画展 JOJO〜冒険の波紋〜』に家族4人で訪れまして。
週末回は時間指定で14:00の回だったもんで、入場前に腹ごしらえでマーケットプレイス内をうろつき、「ぼてじゅう」さんに決定。
お好み焼を外で食べるなんて久しぶり。
お子さん方は空腹感イマイチとの事で、サイド的なメニューから選択。
焼き上がりまで20〜30分かかりますが、入場時間まで十分なのでむしろゆっくりさせてもらえる方が、有り難い。
とにかく、週末は海遊館のお陰様でめちゃくちゃ混んでて座る所もあまりありませんから（汗）。
さて、実際に提供まで30〜40分を費やしますが、問題ありません。
小籠包から出てきましたが、鉄板の上で熱々です。取り分ける時に皮が破れ無いように注意が必要（自分の分が破れたから言うんですけどね（笑））。
次に玉子巻き。想像通りの味ですが美味しいですよ。
最後にお好み焼きが二つ。旬のカキはやや小ぶりで、ソース味に負けそうですが、何とか味わえるかなと（笑）。スタンダードなぶた玉が一番ですよね。空腹感なかっかはずの長男にかなり奪われますが、専門店の味を楽しめました。
