I wanted to eat Okonomiyaki during my stay in Osaka, so I went for lunch before going to the Kaiyukan Aquarium. The restaurant was empty, but it took a while for the food to come after I ordered. It's not a place you can come to if you're in a hurry. It was disappointing that the milk in my iced coffee was curdled.
