Used for a banquet with business associates (3 men + 1 woman (me)). Oh my God! ! Information on cattle traceability is available at the store entrance! ! ! Domestic-born cows are individually identified and the purchase and sale of beef is recorded by the supplier, but it's rare to find a restaurant in this day and age that honestly does this. I feel safe ~ The words "Eat it, don't lose it" on the menu didn't betray me, and everything was delicious ~! King skirt steak marinated in miraculous sauce ¥980. It looks great in photos! ! (3rd image) If there was an affordable Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant like this near my home, I might go there.
