「ふぐ」という食材の上限の味を知りたくて訪問。
てっさ、てっちりとも間違いなくいままで食べたふぐの中で一番おいしかった…
比較できるほど他を知りませんが全てにおいて過去に食べたふぐよりも分厚く、歯を押し返す弾力があり、味が濃厚でした。
特にふぐ皮ポン酢は衝撃的に美味しく、お酒のお供に毎晩でも欲しいと思ったほど。
