古民家風。8キロのとらふぐの白。女将さんがつきっきりで調理してくれるスタイル。色々と教えてくれていい感じ。

ふぐは薄味で物足りないと感じることが多いが、こちらのふぐはしっかりと旨味が出ていた。白子をミキサーにかけたものを出汁に溶いているそうで、その分コクが出たのかもしれない。白子もまとわりつく感じがなく、ボラの白子を思わせるほどさっぱりしていながら深みのある味だった。
