朝晩が涼しくなってきたらふぐの季節がやってきたと感じる。
本当は白子が入る12月以降でふぐの白子焼きや白子酒を頂くのが冬のお楽しみ。
だが白子が入ると栄養が白子に凝縮されてしまうので身の美味しさを味わうなら夏や秋、初冬のふぐが旨い。
