イベント帰りの昼メシ
折角なので周辺検索
そして目に止まったのがこちら
高評価なうどん屋さん
途中下車して行ってみよう！
駅から歩いて5分ほど
見えてきたレトロなビル
階段を数段上がって店内へ
入口横の券売機で食券を購入するシステム
メニューは結構豊富です
そんな中からイクラ温玉天定食(1050円)をチョイス
うどんは冷やしぶっかけにしました
食券を持って奥の厨房で渡す
そして空いてる席に座る
食券を渡した際、少し時間がかかる事を告げられる
そして、番号札を渡される
セルフのお茶を入れて待つ
待つ事20分くらい
ようやく俺の番号が呼ばれた
いくら、かつお、大葉の豊かな彩に温玉がのったごはん
竹輪天とわかめ、おろしがトッピングのうどん
まずはうどんから
漆黒の出汁が特徴的なぶっかけ
まずその出汁をひと口
うまい！
濃厚でガツンと旨味が口の中に広がる
うるめいわし節の旨味だそうです
ええ出汁でとるわ～
うどんは太めで角ばってる
めっちゃ剛麺！
しっかりコシがあって歯応え抜群
ツルっとした口当たりとのバランスが絶妙～
これはうまい！
旨味たっぷりの濃厚出汁とめっちゃマッチ！
イクラ温玉ごはん
醤油を1周回しかけ軽く混ぜて食う
これもうまい！
イクラのプチプチ食感と塩味
そこにかつおと大葉がそれぞれの持ち味をぶつけてくる
何とも言えない爽快な味わいに
温玉はぶっかけ出汁に浸しても有り！
想像を上回る冷やしぶっかけとの遭遇
途中下車した甲斐があった！
