黒門市場の鰹節問屋の山長商店さんが手がけるうどん専門店です。山長さんは本町などでも人気ラーメン屋など手がけてますね。今回は出汁を堪能したく温かいうどん、わかめうどんにちくわ天をトッピングしました。いくら丼や海鮮天丼や薬膳カレーライスなどご飯モンも充実してますね。麺は太めでまあ普通かな。出汁はさすがの節問屋！美味いね。卓上のゆず七味的なものも加えて、汁は完飲してしまいました。昼だけでなく朝営業とかもして欲しいね。
