ピーカンの大阪港
平日12時30分頃どピークタイムに突入
名物と書いてあった鶏天うどん850円を券売機にて購入
購入後は10名ほどの列が出来ていた為、奇跡的なタイミングだったのだろう
食券を店員さんに渡し、セルフサービスの品々を持ち案内された席へ
とり天は4つも入っており
舞茸も化け物サイズ
出汁は濃いと言うより風味が良いと言った印象でうるめや、鰹、鯖の節がまざったような味わいのあっさりスープ
麺は太めでうっすら芯が残ったような茹で加減で、リサーチしていた時の『モチモチしていた！』という口コミとは真逆の印象だった
全てセルフサービスではあるが、ルイボスティーが無料で飲めるのがありがたい
卓上の七味はどこのものなのだろうか、香りが強く特に山椒が前に出てくる玄人なお味なのでまさに『味変』になります
個人的にはめっちゃ好きでした！
こちら鰹節問屋の山長商店さんが手掛けている
お店のようで、なるほど！とそれに頷ける良きお出汁を味わえました
ご馳走様でした
