姫路に本社がある岡野食品グループは関西圏に『コンセルボ』『クーズコンセルボ』『マナレイア』『パンタジー』などのパン業務のほかにカレーうどんの『渡辛来屋』なども展開している会社です。
『クーズコンセルボ』は関西圏の大型商業施設・駅ビル・駅前ビルを中心に展開するベーカリーカフェなのです。
南港ATC店に閉店間際の18時頃にお邪魔しました。
残っていた一部のパンの中から、新作パンの「スパイシータルタル唐揚げ」と見た目のインパクト抜群の「ナンカレー」、そして人気の「パン屋さんの手作りシフォンケーキ(プレーン)」を購入しました。
「ナンカレー」はビーフカレーとチーズを大き目なナンに見立てたパン生地にトッピングしています。
「パン屋さんの手作りシフォンケーキ(プレーン)」は結構はまる美味しさでした。
初訪問でしたが、バゲットとか食パンとかの基本パンも次回は味わってみたいです。
