登録だけはされていてまだ誰もレビューしていないお店。
といってもただの店ではなく、フェリーさんふらわあの船内レストラン。
ここの夕食はバイキングです。
バイキングは冷めると美味しくないですが、ここのバイキングはかなりレベルが高い方だと思います。
温かい料理をすかさず食べると、フェリー内の料理とは思えない程です。
フェリーのレストランというとできあいの料理を温めて出すだけというイメージですが、作り込んでる感があります。
夕食で2000円以下のバイキングなので過度な期待はしていてはいけないのですが、2000円以下でこのレベルはなかなかだと思います。
おでん、麻婆茄子、サーモンの刺し身はお代わりしました。
おでんのこの白い内臓の串は何なんでしょう。くにゅくにゅ感があり、いい出汁がでているように思います。
麻婆茄子は本格的でした。びっくりでした。
