大阪、南港ATCのフードコートにある大阪塩系 塩しょうぐんさんに行ってきました。
4月にオープンしたフードコートで、平日にもかかわらず結構人がいました。
塩ラーメンはなかなか食べないので、あっさり系のもので期待はしてなかったのですが、結構いけました。
あっさりしているのですが、チャーシューなのかわからないですが、少し濃いめのダシ。
麺はちぢれ麺で塩ラーメンに非常に合います。
そんなにお腹が空いてたわけではなかったのですが、最後まで食べれました。フードコートのラーメン屋ですが、レベルが結構高かったです。
