粉浜商店街での用事を済ませた後
13時頃行きました。
先客4名と空いてました。
鰻まむし 二千円
きも吸 二百円を注文しました。
焼き場で大将がうなぎとだし巻きを焼いてます。
しばらくすると
先客から順番に出来てます。
およそ10分程で出来て来ました。
上に蒲焼きが乗ってます。
4切れぐらい蒲焼きが乗ってました。
店によっては
ごはんの中にうなぎの蒲焼きを
まぶすようにするからまむしと呼ぶ店もありますが
普通に鰻重や鰻丼をまむしと呼ぶ店もあり
どれが正解かわからないですが
この店のタレが美味しく、ごはんにタレをまぶしてるからこの店の鰻もまむしですね。
きも吸いは二百円ながら、鰻の肝がたくさん入っていて
元気になりそうで、しかもすまし汁の味も美味しかった。
