昔から行列がよく出来ているうどん屋
近くに来る機会があり外待ちもなかったのて迷わず入店
休日の昼1時過ぎ
店内は混んでいて少しだけ待ちました
釜揚げ（大）800円
うどんは少しモチっとした食感で小麦粉の香りがそのまんま感じます。
出汁は薄口なのでアッサリいただけました。
自身は生姜を入れず、ネギとゴマだけの使用でしたが、卓上の薬味を駆使すれば色々と味変を楽しめそうです。
