焼肉屋のテイクアウト
夕食にこちらのお店のテイクアウトを利用しました。
リブロース肉重（900円）とハラミ肉重（900円）、あと白菜キムチ（350円）を購入。
容器の蓋を開けると、ご飯の上にそれぞれ肉が乗っています。
別添えでつけだれが付いていたので肉にかけて食します。
リブロース、少し硬めだが噛むたびに肉の旨さが味わえます。
ハラミは柔らかく、タレと相まってなかなか良い味。
箸休めに白菜キムチを食べていきます。
なかなかボリュームがあり、完食すると満腹しました。
美味しいお弁当でした。ごちそうさまでした。

Visited as a couple for dinner. I visited on a Sunday dinner time without a reservation, but I was told that there were seats available at the counter. Also, it's busy today, so it may take some time. The restaurant was almost full and very crowded. First, let's toast with draft beer (550 yen). I look at the menu and ponder it. This shop is directly managed by a butcher shop, and has a wide selection of rare parts and various hormones. In addition to beer and cocktails, there was also a wine list. Ordered skirt steak (968 yen), loin (968 yen), and Caesar salad (638 yen). First, a Caesar salad was brought out. Rich dressing, plenty of croutons and cheese, topped with a warm egg yolk, making it even richer. This is a very delicious salad. After a while of waiting, skirt steak and loin were brought out. This restaurant uses Binchotan charcoal and grills on a seven-wheeled rice bran, so it may take a while for the meat to cook on the grill, but it's also fun to watch the meat being grilled.
