駒川中野駅より徒歩5〜7分の場所にあるスイーツ屋さん パティスリーアンコール。
様々なケーキと焼菓子が揃った、地元の方々に愛されている人気のパティスリー。夕方ぐらいにぽつぽつケーキが売り切れ始めるので、早めの時間に足を運びたいところです。
崩れやすいケーキが多く、保冷剤は1時間しか持たないので、購入してすぐ食べられる時に利用したいですね。
今回は人気メニューのエリプソスと、タルトタタンを購入。周囲をパリッとしたチョコレートでコーティングしたエリプソスは、キャラメルクリームとエスプレッソブリュレによるコーヒーの風味が印象的で、紅玉りんごを使用したタルトタタンは、ザクザクの食感豊かなタルト生地が絶品でした！
スイーツ好きに食べてみていただきたい穴場店なので、ぜひ訪問してみてください。
