"Nikusho Saino" opened in June 2019. They use #Shimane Wagyu beef. There are also many other items specializing in Shimane, such as rice and soba. Finished off with grilled liver, 2 servings of Jotan (thickly sliced), assorted five types (skirt skirt, short ribs, sagari, ichibo, rump), yukhoe, joemino, urte, and Morioka Cold Noodles. The pattern uses scissors✂️ to make small cuts, so I'm happy that you can cut it to the size you like ♫ I didn't ask for it this time, but I found some that used sea urchin. Even though the tongue was thickly sliced, it was surprisingly soft! I bit into each of the five types of meat...! I really like ulte, and if it's on the menu, I'll definitely order it, but the one here didn't have a bad smell and had the crunchiness I like and was delicious! A refreshing finish with Morioka Cold Noodles! This is it after all! But I was interested because they also had soba noodles! There is a counter seating area, and you can watch the meat being cut right in front of you, so we recommend the counter seating for two people! The seats in the back are bench seats, so it's great for families with children ♡ I'll visit you again (°▽°)
