皮は香ばしく、中身はかなりレアという絶妙な炙り加減のタタキは、どれも美味しいです。
個人的に、とろける肝やモモが特に好きです。たれは二種類。
タタキ、それもレアなのがお好きな方には、ぜひ行ってほしいお店です。
焼き鳥の炙りはしっかり目で、味付け自体は優しめ。
卵スープや雑炊も、御出汁が濃くて良い香りの絶品ですが、味つけ(塩気や醤油味)はかなり優しくて、吸いこむように胃に入れてしまいました。
冷ややっこもとんでもなく美味しかったのですが、あれもかかっていたお醤油(別に甘いわけではない)に何か秘密があったのか???
飲み物メニューは居酒屋さんぽい感じで、かなり豊富です。
頂いたものすべてが美味しかったです。
