花園町駅から、少し歩いたところにお店を構える｢串かつ専門店 ひげ勝｣も、連日、多くのお客様で賑わう地元で人気のお店。
老舗の串かつ店で味わえるのは、リーズナブルな価格帯で提供される串かつ。
その他にも、お茶漬けやおにぎり、どて焼きなどのサイドメニューに、海老やかに爪、穴子や牡蠣などの串揚げも提供されています。
季節の旬の食材と使った串揚げは、ホワイトボードに記載されています。
飲み物は、ビールからチューハイ、ハイボールに日本酒や焼酎、ウイスキーやソフトドリンク。
まずは、飲み物とどて焼きをいただいて、紙にオーダーを書いて、スタッフさんに手渡します。
お通しのキャベツと、最初に注文した串かつがやってきました。
串かつは、たくさんのオーダーで待ち時間もあるので、はじめに多めに頼むことをおすすめします。
二度漬け禁止のソースに、串かつをくぐらせて、お酒といっしょにいただきましょう。
次から、次へと追加した串かつがやってきて、秋に食べたくなる牡蠣や、海老や貝柱に、青唐に玉ねぎ、茄子など、お野菜もおいしくて、プリップリの海老がたまりません。
いろいろ、食べたいものを揚げたてでいただいて、シメに鳥手羽をいただいて大満足。
常連さんも多く、記名して入店を待つほど賑わう日もありますが、新鮮食材を使った安くてうまい、絶品串かつを食べに訪れてみてはいかがでしょうか。
