並でも二玉、大は二玉半、特は三玉
生姜とネギが配膳され、生姜をすり下ろしながらうどんを待つ
生姜は大きくないがすり下ろしやすい
他にもスリゴマ、七味、天かす、昆布などが置いてある
準備はOKだ
つゆは素焼きっぽい入れ物に一杯注がれ、大きなとっくりと一緒に提供される
三玉分のうどんは存在感充分
麺は太め
熱々のうどんを熱々のつゆに投入し、ネギと生姜をぶち込んで啜る
美味い、そして温まる
うどんの存在感に比べて、つゆはやや薄いか
ちく天ととり天は100円と考えれば応代点
売り切れとなっていたかやくご飯を食べられなかったことが悔やまれる
時間が経つとうどんはのびるが、味は変わらない
手打ちのもちもちとした食感だが、もう少しちゅるんと食べられる方が好みかな
