優しい出汁のとれたスープで食べさせるこちらのお店のラーメン。
基本的に煮干しを使ったラーメンは塩と醤油のメニュー。
今回はそのうちの醤油をいただきました。
まずスープの印象は煮干しが強すぎることもなく、干した魚類のエグ味もなくすごく澄んだスープのおいしいラーメンです。
しかし、その反面、優しい鶏や煮干しや香味野菜などから取られたと思われるスープはとても優しすぎてパンチがないのは否めません。
例えば味変は胡椒と唐辛子くらいしか用意されてませんが、季節にもよりますがスダチなんかの酸を加えることでさらにさっぱりしたり、コショウではなく京都の黒七味だったらまた表情が変わると思うんですよね。
