お昼ごはんにお伺いしてきました。
(●´ω｀●)大阪市南部の他のうどん屋さんを目指していましたが、昼営業時間に間に合わず…最近こんなん多いです。
注文したのは、みなと鍋ｾｯﾄ。
１人用のうどんすきに、なにわ寿司と海老天ぷら、ﾃﾞｻﾞｰﾄです。
やってきたみなと鍋。ｸﾞﾂｸﾞﾂいうてます。
( *´艸｀)いただく前から良い香り。
海老天と、温泉卵は鍋に入れてくださいとのこと。
まずはお出汁。
OHHHHH(●´ω｀●)美味しい。
お出汁は濃いめです、でも味付けが濃いのではないので辛くはありません。
お出汁の良い香りがｶﾞﾂﾝとやってきます。
熱々ですけど、とりあえず出汁だけしばらくいただきました。
うどん。
柔らかうどんです。
前半はﾓﾁﾓﾁ食感、後半はｸﾀｸﾀ食感。
このｸﾀｸﾀ感が好き(o・ω・o)
風邪ひいた時に食べる鍋焼きうどん、そんな感じ( *´艸｀)
そんな時に、美々卯のうどん贅沢過ぎるけど…
具材はいろいろ入ってます。
白菜、かしわ、餅、椎茸、大根、里芋他…。
湯葉、生麩が高級感出してます。
白菜のｸﾞﾙｸﾞﾙ巻き、自分じゃやったことないです。
甘く炊かれた椎茸(・∀・)ｻｲｺｰ。
柚皮もちゃんと入ってる。
海老天投入。
この海老天も立派です。
私は、海老天ｸﾀｸﾀになるまで浸してからいただくのが好きです。
衣がお出汁吸って( ；∀；)またｻｲｺｰ。
温泉卵は…好みではなかったです。
黄身でお出汁が濁るのが、すごく勿体ない気がしちゃいます。
なにわ寿司は、鯛の押し寿司でした。
木の芽が良い仕事してくれてます。
始めにいただいた、ｶﾞﾂﾝと香るお出汁も良いですが、最後の方にいただく、たくさんの具材の味が染み出た、優しい味わいに変化したお出汁も、
･ﾟ･(●´Д｀●)･ﾟ･またまた、ｻｲｺｰ。
うどんが主役の讃岐うどんも大好きですが、お出汁が主役の大阪うどんもやっぱり大好きです。
