泉州・堺に200年の歴史ある美々卯さんで、うどんすき(1人前4,190円)をいただきました。趣のあるお出汁に穴子、鶏、海老、湯葉、お野菜、餅などと共にうどんが投入されます。お鍋がグツグツしてきたら食べごろです。生姜を薬味に1杯、紅葉おろしを薬味にもう1杯、極め付けは、レモン汁で1杯。いくらでも食べられます。箸休めに注文した蕎麦の太巻きも絶品でした。
