◼️創業から700年近く現在は27代目という老舗｡名物はお餅をくるんで食べる「くるみ餅」と「氷くるみ餅」｡

鎌倉時代末期､元徳元年(西暦1329年)に和泉屋徳兵衛が和泉屋という商号で御餅司の店を開く｡
現在は二十七代目｡
明より入荷した農作物を利用して､五代目の主人、和泉屋忠兵衛は塩味で挽き合わし､茶菓子を作り出した｡お餅をくるんで食べるところから「くるみ餅」と名付け､その後､ルソンから砂糖が輸入され、甘未が加えられ現在のくるみ餅となった｡

軽く混んでいたがすぐに提供｡
他のお客さん何組かは「くるみは刻んであるのかな？」などの会話が聞こえ勘違いしていた｡
中庭には鯉もいて情緒がある店内｡古さを感じる札も良い｡
