上品な中華の代表です。
今日の晩飯は、中華。
希望を聞いて 府大前に在る「花梨」へ。
平日なので空いています。
４人席に（長男と次男の３人）
まずは、メインから・・・。
此処は天津飯が面白いので長男が。
次男は、炒飯。
私は、五目焼きそば。
あと、鶏の唐揚げ葱ソース。
餃子３人前。
店内は、明るく今日は１人の方が居ます。
提供も早かった。
まずは「餃子３人前」。
餃子は羽根つきですね。
味は、まあ普通。でもあっさりしてます。
「天津飯」は、餡がたっぷり掛かって 長男があれーって。
でも中に玉子焼きが隠れているのです。
あっさりした餡で食べるものです。
「チャーハン」が美味しい！
本当、堺では１番ちゃうの（笑）
叉焼の味が全体を包み ぱらぱらで。
次男はいっき喰い。
「鶏の唐揚げ葱ソース」は量がたっぷり。これで１０００円ほど。
家で作るともっと油っこくなるが さすがプロですね。
ここもあっさり仕上げます。
「五目焼きそば」は、醤油と生姜の香りが。
イカ・豚肉・海老・ネギなど。
これも旨いし やはりあっさり仕上げていますね。
又、再訪しますね。

3番目に入店する。
駐車場️が有るから助かる。
中は涼しく綺麗。
注文は、孫が最初から決めている 天津飯。
餃子を2人前。
私は、絶品チャーハン。
それに 蒸し鶏葱ソースを。
蒸し鶏が綺麗で旨い。たまらん。
チャーハンも ふわふわで最高やな。
天津飯は、御飯が見えない位 あんが多い。
餃子は、以前と作り方を変えたんかな。
少し残念だな。
しかし堺市では 抜群。
