『石庭 たぬき寿司』
仕出・お寿司などの配達に力をいれ 次々に注文がはいってくる人気店でした。
板さんが「1時間以内でしたら どこまでも配達しますよ～」っと
冗談かと思っていましたが 配達エリアが広いですね。
お寿司・仕出の 種類の豊富さ 桶や弁当箱の形が良い感じなのも 人気の理由なのかも。
従業員が70名もいる大型お寿司屋さん。
お店も 周りの住宅を一軒ずつ買い増ししていっているようで
裏の駐車場から お店の造りを見るのも面白かったです＾＾
店内は
カウンター10席・ 後ろに靴脱ぎ座敷が 4人掛け×3くらい
テーブル席なんかありそうっと想像していたのですが小さめ。
入口はいって 左手は仕出などの作業場
全身衛生服のかたが目につきます。
2・3階は リニューアルされて綺麗な座敷がありました
ここなら 法事や会社などの集まりに使いやすいですね！送迎バスもあるし

金目・コチ・カワハギ・マグロ・烏賊・いくら
カワハギって年中お店に並ぶようになってるんですね
旬の時期。 養殖ほど肝が詰まっているとは…知らなかったな。

そろそろ 鱧の季節がやってきましたね～♪
鱧は焼き霜 が好きだけれど 今日はそのままで湯引きで
う～ん。水っぽい
■お寿司
注文すると 2貫出てきます
中トロ（1,050円）・穴子（525円）・赤身（420円）・海老（525円）
剣烏賊（525円）・玉子（210円） …
穴子は凄い大きさ！一尾握りは 割り箸くらいの大きさで楽しい♪
ただ全部のネタが 必要以上に冷たいので 水っぽく感じました。
穴子も人肌の温かさのほうが 味もほわっと広がりますよね！
あ～！でも 出前なら到着時間に丁度良いかも。痛みにくいしミ(>ω・)b
衛生面を考えてのことでしょうが 板さんはビニール手袋じゃなく素手で握って欲しいな。
シャリも柔らかくて 私の好みではなかったですね （TωT）残念
今日1番美味しかったのは 玉子♪

板さんは 会話も上手な明るい方達ばかりで（3名もいましたよ）
楽しかったです♪ ごちそうさまでした～＾＾
