かんみ♪さんにすすめられて、
気になっていたのでランチに突撃してきました。
ランチは4種類あり
今回はスペシャルランチ\1250をオーダー。
サラダ
バケット
中百舌鳥ミネストローネ
パスタ（2種類から選択）
デザート
ドリンク
という構成。
まずサラダ。
玉ねぎ、パプリカ、セロリ、かいわれ、水菜、サニーレタス、みょうがなど
のグリーンサラダ。
ドレッシングは酸味が強めで、お野菜の量は見た目よりたっぷり。
続いてバケット。
3センチほどの厚さで、
半分のところに切れ目が入れられています。
そこからぱかっと割ってみると、中はほこほこでふ～んわり。
うまく温められています。
オリーブオイルが添えられています。
次は中百舌鳥ミネストローネ。
これが食べたかったんです～
噂どおり、いろんな野菜がゴロゴロ。
インゲン豆、セロリ、白菜、大根、雑穀などなど……
この時期に嬉しい、栄養たっぷりで芯からあたたまるスープです。
バケットを浸して食べるとまた美味しい！
パスタはまず大山鶏と大根菜のペペロンチーノ。
麺は細めで、オリーブオイルとよく絡んでます。
鶏はミンチでゴロゴロ。
水菜もしゃきっとしていて合いますね～♪
唐辛子が入っているものの、そこまでピリっとはしません。
やさしくマイルドに仕上がっています。
そして、豚肉と水菜のアラビタータ。
こちらのほうがピリっとします。
大根菜はクセがなく、豚肉とソースと調和しています。
上にかけられている粉チーズが効いています。
最後はデザート。
メープルシフォンケーキでした。
いちごがちょこんと添えられています。
ケーキはフォークを入れるとシュワっと。
口にいれると、メープルがふわ～っと広がります。
もっと食べたいと思うほど美味しかったです♪♪
これ、気に入りました！！！
雰囲気はさすがバーというだけあって落ち着いています。
夜飲みに行きたいです！
