以前から気になった店で今回ひょんな事からチャンスがあり、行ってみる事♪
古風な佇まいにお昼のサービスランチが前から目に止まっていたが、気軽に入れる感じでは無くて、二の足を踏んでいたのも事実→オッサンやしね(^-^;
場所は駅から遠くて、車で行くのが良いかも？
外見は旅館みたいな感じで、中に入れるとサラに旅館のレストランみたいな感じで、古いが清潔感もある♪
さて、メニューをみて、天婦羅とすき焼きに心が揺さぶられたが、初志貫徹で、刺身定食に(^ー^)
暫くして出てきた刺身定食は？
おから→上品な味付けで、あっさりしていて旨いね♪
南蛮漬け→鯵を南蛮漬けにしたものやけれど、なかなかどうして、味付けもボリュームも良いし旨いね♪
刺身？
カンパチ→まず分厚い♪
更に鮮度も良くて、臭みも無くて旨いね♪
真鯛→皮の引き方がちょっと甘い感じがするものの、甘く白身魚の旨味が詰まった感じかな？
これも分厚い♪
マグロ→キハダの良い部位を使っており、酸味も旨味も充分か♪
下手な本マグロより、良いと思う♪
どんな感じか入ったが、サービス定食では申し分なく、ボリュームもあり、更に内容を考えたらリーズナブル♪
更に食後のコーヒーまであり、瓢箪から駒状態♪
刺身も一級品は使ってはいないが、それでも街の寿司より良いネタを使っており、充分に旨いし良かったが、味噌汁は寿司屋さんにしてはシンプルかな？
せめて、アラを入れたら旨味もお得感も上がるのにね(^-^;
それでも１０００円にしては充分に満足♪
満足しました♪
