同僚は1000円ぐらいのランチ、私は1800円のランチ!
奮発しました(笑)
お店は黒を基調した綺麗な作りです。
ソファー席?に通されたのですが、ソファーが若干低いので焼肉を焼くテーブルが高く感じます(^_^;)
先日堺市の某焼肉店でおお外れをひいたので今回はドキドキしながら料理を待っていましたが…
よかった!
まずお肉が綺麗!
三角バラであろうお肉はピンクに見事なサシ!

キムチ、サラダ、煮物などついて内容も充実しています。
昔ある焼肉屋の親父が「肉がほんまにわかっとるとこはガス火でしとる。炭使ったらにおいついてあかん」とゆう言葉を思い出しながらガス火の無煙ロースターでお肉を焼きます…
だが残念なことに私の好きな醤油系のタレではなく味噌系タレ( >Д<;)残念!
お肉を一口。うまい。柔らかい。
でも味噌の味が…強い…強いよ味噌くん
前面にでてくんなよ…せっかくのええ肉が…といった印象です
でもお肉は本当にいいし、ボリュームもあります
もし可能なら醤油系タレの開発を是非とも!と思いながらお店を後にしました
