中百舌鳥とは思えません
オープン仕立ての頃(4年ほど前?)にお邪魔して以来、久しぶりの訪問です。
民家の並ぶところにポツンと佇んでいるお店なので、車で探すとホント見落としてしまいます。
以前の訪問時は、夜だったことも有り、かなり苦労したことを覚えています(笑)
店内に入ると、別世界が広がっています。中庭も有り、中百舌鳥でお食事しているのを忘れてしまいそう・・・
背筋が伸びますね!
ランチはコースのみで¥4000と¥8000(税別)の2種類で完全予約制です。
もちろん庶民はお安い方をオーダーしました(ノ*>∀<)ノ
お料理は前菜・椀物・お造り・焼き物・炊き合わせ・ご飯・デザートの7種類で、お高い方は内容が違う8種類になるそうです。
お料理は月替わりなのかな?今月は盛り付けが節分アレンジとおっしゃっていました。
お料理が美しく、美味しいのは言うまでも有りません。食べた瞬間、幸せを感じます♡
カウンターだったので、お料理を盛り付ける手際なども拝見出来て、大満足のランチタイムでした。
平日にもかかわらず(平日だから?)この日もマダムで満席・・・。
またぜひぜひ訪問したいのですが、ランチでこのお値段はなかなか思い切りが必要ですので、今度はいつになることやら

We hold cooking classes every month. We also make bento Bento (boxed lunch), setsubun Sushi rolls, and osechi dishes. |
This is a shop that I visit from time to time, once every six months to once a year. I often visit for lunch, but this time I visited for dinner. I usually sit at the counter, but this time I had the luxury of sitting at a horigotatsu-style table in the back for 6 people. My feet are warm with a heater ✧*。 As expected. Both dinner and lunch are course only, and there are two types of evening courses (I believe): 8,500 yen and 13,000 yen. Today we had a more expensive course ♬.*゚ Since it's March, the theme of the food is "Hina Matsuri". It started with abalone with onion sauce, followed by sea bream soup, beautiful sashimi made to look like running water, crab, hassun, which I always look forward to the most, and ``nodoguro'', which I thought might have been the most delicious grilled fish I've ever eaten in my life. Teriyaki, grilled bamboo shoots, and iced ayu rice in a clay pot♡*.+゜ As usual, the rice was so delicious that I ended up having to refill it. If there's any left over, they'll wrap it for you, so you don't have to pack so much...but I can't stop, I can't stop (lol), and of course, if I eat a separate dessert, it will end up in my stomach, so I'll have to leave it there on the way home. My stomach is full. It's a very comfortable space, with the atmosphere of the shop and the attentiveness of the proprietress, and I actually want to visit every month, but the high-end prices make it difficult... (¯∇¯٥) I think it's a truly wonderful, well-known restaurant in Sakai. , I'll give you a huge push (♡˙︶˙♡)
