南海堺東駅直ぐにある『焼肉家 すみび』さんでランチ♫こちらは熊本産黒毛和牛『和王』が頂けるお店で、上質なお肉をランチタイムから炭火で焼いて食べれます。
昼過ぎに伺うとお客さんは1組のみ。
なのに3人の私たちはカウンターへ案内されました…

ランチメニューは炭火焼きや丼や定食など、バリエーションも豊富です。
私たちは炭火焼きコースで色々食べたかったので3種類をオーダー

お肉は各種5～6枚ずつです。カルビはサシがしっかり入るもしつこさを感じさせない美味しさ！だけどお肉の美味は抜群に感じられます。
壷漬けハラミは小さな壺ごと出て来ます♫
ちゃんと切ってくれてるのは嬉しいけど豪華さには欠けるかなぁ〜ちょっと残念(´×ω×`)
お肉はあっさり目のタレによく漬け込まれています。甘すぎないので私は好みでした。
そしてダントツ美味しかったのがロース！
カルビやハラミと比べ物にならない位お肉の美味を感じられ、上品なのに肉々しい♡
炭火で焼いて食べるので余分な脂分を落として2種類の薄味・濃味両方でごはんと口に運ぶと( ⌯᷄௰⌯᷅ )ﾆﾔ♡
絶対、ロース推しです！
お野菜は玉ねぎ、パプリカ、ピーマン、キャベツ、しいたけ、しめじとこちらも色々楽しめました。
スープ、もやしナムルも優しい味付けで美味しかったです。ただ1種類しか食べれないのは物足りなさがあり、色んなお肉を少しずつ食べれるメニューがあれば嬉しいと思いました。
