堺駅近くでで美味しいサムギョプサルをいただきました。
平成28年7月週末の夜の訪問です。
今日は先輩OIさんと飲みに行こうと堺駅で待ち合わせ。特に行く店を決めて無かったんで南口付近で何処にしょうか思案中に可愛いらしいお姉さんからチラシをいただきました。一度は行き過ぎたんですが特に行きたい店もなく、また戻ってお姉さんに店どこ？と尋ねたらすぐ近くでした。
テーブル席に案内されて着席です。短パン姿のお姉さんが、ぎこちない日本語で注文を聞きに来てくれます。
もらったチラシにあったサムギョプサルを2人前と生２丁をお願いしました。店長さんらしき男性スタッフさんが来て裏メニューで肝がありますよと言うことでなんで肝と、どて焼きもお願いしました
ギンギンに冷えた生で先ずは乾杯です。久しぶりに食べる肝は旨いですねぇ。先輩は食べないと言うことなんで一人でいただきます。どて焼きは少し薄味な感じですが肉が美味しいですよ。
そして豚肉を焼いて味噌ダレにつけてチシャで巻いてニンニク、青唐、キムチなんかを巻いて食べます。うん、旨いですよ。鶏肉も旨い。鶏肉、豚肉、チシャ、キムチ、ライスも食べ放題で1480円はかなりコスパは高めですねぇ。
しこたま飲んだんでエエ値段にはなりましたが、お腹は一杯やし満足しました。今度は後輩Ｙらも連れてこよ。
短パンのお姉さんも元気な接待で良かったし。満足満足。

Visited on a weekday evening in September 2017. Today I got drunk with my juniors H, Y, MO and my co-workers. It's a gathering of about 20 people, but the seats are half for Yakiniku (Grilled meat) and half for offal hotpot. I'm sitting at Motsu-nabe (Offal hotpot) table. The setting of the pot has already been completed. Once all the members had gathered, the stove was lit and the party started with a toast. The ingredients for offal hot pot are plenty of vegetables, striped intestines, and kimchi. I waited for it to be completed while eating the gimbap from the set and the additional yukhoe. After a while, it started to simmer. Let's have it. The soup stock works well and is delicious. The offal has a firm texture and just the right amount of chewiness, and the sweetness of the fat is delicious. You can also adjust the taste with the provided yuzu pepper and bean sauce. After eating all the ingredients, add some Chinese noodles. The chewy noodles absorbed the soup well and were delicious. There is an all-you-can-drink option, and the cost performance is quite high, so I highly recommend it. I'm concerned that the ventilation is a little bad, so the smell lingers on my clothes.
