コースで出される一つ一つのお料理の味付けやバランスがとても良くて大好きです。
グラタンは濃厚にもかかわらず重くなく
マグロと大根の煮付けは味がしみてて身も柔らかく
鴨のお鍋は生姜がさりげなく効いてて
とろみの付いたお出汁とミニ焼おにぎりをレンゲに乗せていただくと最高でした。
初めてサメの唐揚げもいただきましたが、
味付けがしっかりされていて竜田揚げのような感じで美味しかったです。
お野菜もしっかり取れるし、洗練されたコースだと思います。
