近くにザビエル公園(戎公園)がある事も初めて知りました。
壁に有名人のサイン
時々堺まで出向くものの、
何名かの知り合いからオススメされ伺いました
牛脂ではなくてバターを塗ったプレートで焼くスタイル
タレは用意されましたが、割とそのまま食べていました
特にシャトーブリアンと熟成厚切上塩タン、
どちらもほっぺたが落ちる美味さ
より特徴的だと思った厚切上塩タン
厚みがあるので噛みごたえがある
旨味がぎゅっと詰まっていて
思いの外結構柔らかい…！
そして希少部位のシャトーブリアン
霜降りが綺麗、脂があまりなく食べやすい。
とろける柔らかさで、ワサビと一緒に食べても美味しい
100g3,780円(税込)はリーズナブルな気がします
大阪市内からだと近所という訳ではないですが、
帰り道も余韻に浸っていました
近くにコインパーキングもあり、
南大阪エリアの方も立ち寄りやすいと思います！
