今回、堺で予定があってランチをこちらのお店で食べてきました。
■店内様子
洋館みたいな雰囲気、カウンター席とテーブル席がありました。
またグルテンフリーの焼菓子に、米粉を使ったパンを販売されていてテイクアウト可能。
■おまかせワンプレートランチ 1,300円（税込）
酵素玄米ご飯に大豆ミート唐揚げ、副菜二種類、野菜、米ぬかに漬けた漬け物そして味噌汁がついた彩り鮮やかなランチプレート。
大豆ミート唐揚げはニンニク醤油の味付けと相まって本当に鶏唐揚げみたいな味わい。
農薬肥料不使用、自然栽培された野菜を堪能できるホクホクポテトサラダにシャキシャキとした食感のキャロットラペと副菜も充実。
酵素玄米ご飯はモチモチ、ほんのりと塩気がありおかずとの相性も良かった。
味噌汁には人参、大根、ネギなどが入ってお味噌の素朴な風味が感じられました。
