初来店。
ランチでステーキ屋は久々になる。
最初ハラミのカットステーキを注文したが売り切れており12時なのに売り切れ早って思いました。
再度メニュー見てハネシタのカットステーキにチョイス。
出てきた瞬間にテンションが上がりました。
先ずは見せ方は非常に上手と感じました。野菜の色の使い方や野菜の盛り付け方、1番良かったのが肉の焼き色が最高でした。
ソースの味もお肉と合っていて柔らかくて美味しかったです。
