ふとパスタが食べたくなり、パスタとピザをメインにしたバール「ポポピアーチェ」さんを訪問しました。
お酒も楽しめるゆうなカジュアルな雰囲気のお店は落ち着きます。
たくさんのメニューから、注文したのは、予め決めていた「ボンゴレビアンコ」。パスタは、もちろん家でも作れますが、「ボンゴレビアンコ」などのような手の込んだ一品は、尻込みしてしまいます。お店でいただくしかないですね。
などと考えていたら、料理がでてきました。アサリと白ワイン、そしてガーリックのアンサンブルな香りが食欲をそそります。たっぷり入ったぷりぷりのあさりの身もうまい。
生麺のパスタなのでもちもちした食感も楽しく、鷹の爪やニンニクの芽もいいアクセント。
バランスのいい、美味しい「ボンゴレビアンコ」をたのしめました。ディナーでゆったり、ワインを飲みながら楽しむのにも、良さそうなお店でした。
