焼きと鍋を同時に楽しめるナイスなお店！ : Yakinabe Katsura

At a local gathering, I went to try yaki-nabe for the first time! restaurant located near Oni Station, about a 30-second walk from the south exit of Sakai Station on the Nankai Main Line (^^) It seems to be a fairly new store, having opened around April. You can easily find it because there is a big sign in front of the store that says ``Yakinabe Katsura'' lol. Inside the store, there are 5 tables for 4 people and 2 seats for 2 people, so it looks like the 4 seats can be moved, so if you are a group. It looks like something like that would be good! There were 5 of us, and they tried to split us into 2 seats because the space was small, but they said it would be okay if we had 1 seat and let 5 of us sit in 1 seat. (3 men and 2 women can sit there without any problem) As soon as we were seated, a staff member came over and confirmed whether we wanted all-you-can-drink or not. I was told that the all-you-can-drink option is more economical if you're going to have about 3 to 4 drinks, so I decided to go for the all-you-can-drink option right away! LOL Drinks were brought quickly and we started the meal with a toast (^^) The appetizer was served first, and this appetizer might have been the best appetizer I've ever had! lol It was a huge fish cake and it was delicious. It was a pretty nice accompaniment for someone like me who loves fish cakes. Next, the raw liver arrived! A stable collaboration of sesame oil and salt! That's nice! Next, the chicken sashimi platter arrived! Assortment of thigh, breast, gourd, heart, and raw liver! When ordering, the staff member explained to me that the liver was included in both the single raw liver and the platter, so I didn't want to order it separately, which was really nice! *She asked, but I'm a big fan of liver, so I just ordered it separately.Next, the fresh senmai arrived! Chojang is spicy and delicious! Next, the corn Tempura arrived! It's the first time I ate it! LOL The sweetness of the corn is delicious. Tsukimi Tsukimi arrives next! I'm happy about this because each meatball is quite large. Next, the mapo tofu arrived! When I asked the staff, was it the manager? He was a former cook at a Chinese Cuisine, so he recommended Chinese Cuisine. It was really delicious mapo tofu. Next, the fried chicken arrived! This is also really delicious! I thought we had come to Chinese Cuisine on the way. Lol Next, the long-awaited grilled pot has arrived! *Since I was ordering a lot of single items, I was asked to explain that the grilled pot would be brought to a later person. I was so excited to see Yakitabe for the first time! It's so great that you can grill it or eat it in a hot pot lol. There are 3 types of soups, and you can choose from Torigara, Japanese style, and Spicy miso. Personally, I was attracted to spicy miso, but since I have a child who doesn't like spicy food, I chose Torigara! However, this was also quite delicious. The hot pot contains various ingredients such as lettuce, shimeji mushrooms, eringi mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Plus, the chicken for grilling has arrived! Grill the chicken while it is simmering! The fat from the chicken gradually drips into the pot below, increasing the flavor (^^) You can eat the grilled chicken with salt, miso, or sauce, or you can put it in the pot. It's okay, you can do anything! LOL After eating the first batch, I ordered two additional servings of lettuce and bean sprouts, homemade meatballs, special tofu, thighs, dried chicken, seseri, and offal selection! Lol You can eat all of it (^^) To finish off, I ordered Ramen! This is also Torigara soup and it's super delicious! ! Overall I was quite satisfied with the food! It's close to the station, so it's easy to get together, so bring it to your upcoming seasonal year-end parties or New Year's parties! You really ought to go and see!
