見た目通り噛めば噛むだけ滝のように脂が出てました。

軽く炙って食べてください、と説明を受けましたが
2切れめくらい普通に生で食べました。
鮮度抜群でプルンプルン
炙って食べても美味しい僕は何度か生でいっちゃいました

炙る必要あるのかな？と思うくらい良質なロースを使ってる
甘辛ダレと卵黄に絡めればお口の中が美味しいでいっぱい
上質とまではいかないですが、全体的に美味しい
ホルモンなどのメニューも豊富で¥500〜とリーズナブル。
一品料理も豊富で居酒屋感覚で行くのも有り
接客も丁寧で活気がありました。
