本日はグルメ会で岸和田の喜太八さんに食べに来ました。
こちらのお店はミシュラン2星で港区の多古安さんと並ぶ大阪のふぐの名店です。
予約を取る段階で3度電話してようやくの訪問で楽しみです。
コースのすべてが他のお店ではなかなかいただけないものばかりでしたが、特に白子の含め煮は絶品でした。
なかなかの敷居の高さでしたが、是非また来たいです。
