岸和田にある高級ふぐ専門店。
創業約100年と歴史あるお店です。
料理は2代目の店主自らが全て行っているらしくふぐだけのレシピで300は超えているとか…
その中で店主が納得いく選りすぐりの料理を提供しているとのこと。
全てにこだわりを持った店主の料理に圧巻の一言。
ふぐの料理のイメージを覆されました。笑
自分には何度も食べに行くのは難しい金額ではありますが、ふぐ好きなら人生一度は訪れて損は絶対ないお店です。
鍋にも拘りがあり、土鍋を使っているのですが夏場はお店を閉めているので土鍋の管理に徹底しているらしいです。
ふぐの出汁を吸い尽くした土鍋で炊くことに自信を持っているとのこと。（どんな金額を積まれても譲れないものらしいです。）
調理法、料理の提供、食べ方、全てに拘りを持ったお店です。
