ちょっと前にオープンして 前を通るたびに気になっていたお店。
普通の焼き鳥屋さんかなって思って入ったんやけど・・違ってた。
雰囲気も焼き鳥屋さんっぽくないというか・・なんかいい感じ。
鶏を焼肉屋さんみたいに自分でコンロで焼くスタイル。
食べたい部位を注文。
たれは三種類持ってきてくれます。
たれ・七味唐辛子・塩こぶの三種
焼いた鶏を好きなたれで食べる。
塩こぶで食べる鶏 なんか新鮮(^^♪
たれもほんのり甘くて好きな味♪♪
こころ せせり 美味しい～～～♪
こころはおかわりしちゃいました(*^_^*)
一品も創作料理って感じで こだわりを感じました。
梅酒にもこだわってるのか数種類の梅酒があった。
