13:00すぎに来訪。住宅街の中にぽっとある。店外にカウンターがあり、持ち帰りも可能な様子。
うどん定食（650円）を注文。
2〜3分くらいで到着。天かすの入ったはいからうどんとかやくご飯とお新香。
まずお出汁を頂く。旨い！節系の香りがグッとくる。枯れた風味がありつつ、雑味はあまりなく、なかなか美味しい。塩加減は程よい。天かすが入っているのだが、自前のもののよう。この天かすがあまり美味しくない。やや焦げかけのものがあるのと、どうも油自体がも一つ良く無いような。ここまで香りが良く無い天かすも珍しい。
麺は大阪うどん系統の麺だが、程よいコシがあり、非常に食べやすい。麺の回りがふやけ気味なのがちょっと残念だが、噛み心地•喉越しともに○。なかなかよくできたたおやかな麺。
かやくご飯を頂く。こちらもお出汁がしっかり、味もしっかり。うどん屋にありがちなややパラっとめの仕上がり。具は、鶏肉、人参、薄揚げ、こんにゃくなど、まずまず豊富。こちらもなかなか美味しい。
完食。ボリュームはほどほど。天かすはマイナスだが、お出汁•うどんともになかなか美味。天かすがああいう状態なので、天ぷら系はいまいちなのかも。
立地的には苦戦しそうな感じだが、味は良いと思うので、羽衣で食べる時には一度どうぞ。
