きっしゃだ市に来ておりまして、前々からお邪魔したかった『麺屋 北野』さんにお邪魔しました。
メヌーは潔く一種類、「らーめん」をお願いしました。
１０分程で着丼です。
泡立つ鶏豚骨と魚介のトリプルスープは濃厚でコク深く、旨味がビッシビシ(*´∇｀*)
それでいて後味がシツコク無いナイスバランスなスープです♡
炙られて香ばしいチャーシューは巻いてないバラタイプ。
ホロホロっと柔らかくお口の中でトロけて行きました(*´-`)
縮れが特徴的な自家製太麺はプリッと食感がたまりません♫
勢いよくすすったのでシャツにシミがたくさん出来ましたが、この美味しいスープと昼からも一緒にいられると思うと幸せな気分です（笑）
卓上のにんにく醤油たれを投入すると味がビシッと引き締まって全汁フラグ確定です！！
お店の並びで100m程北に行ったところ、白いフェンスの駐車場17番〜20番が北野さんの駐車場となっております。
