早速の再訪
関空利用以外で南大阪に来ると、「北野」さんのラーメンが食べたくなります。
今日もランチセットを美味しくいただきました。

今日も駐車場に入れてから順番待ちをするためにお店の前まで来たところ、路駐した車から降りてきて、私の前に入り込んできたお客さんがいました。あれだけ看板や店内に貼り紙をして注意喚起しているのにも関わらず、無神経さに呆れる思いでした。
大阪の人もたくさん良い人が多いのに、残念です。
食すればわかる
開店時間の11:30頃に到着しました。
駐車場はお店の直ぐ近くにありますが、4台分しかないので、先ず駐車場で待ちます。20分程経過してようやく1台分が空きました。
それから入店までに更に20分。
店先で待っている間に、メニューを渡されオーダーを聞いてくれました。
店内には11席ありますが、1席のスペースをかなり広くとってソーシャルディスタンスを保っていますね。透明のアクリル板がパーテーションになっていて、一区切りのブースには消毒液やティシュも置かれています。
さて、席に案内されて5分程で着丼。
クリーミィなスープを一口。
魚介ベースなのですが、醤油豚骨味も主張されています。他の方は濃厚と表現されていますが、私はこれくらいが普通かと思います。とても飲みやすい、優しくて美味しい。
麺は縮れてやや太く、食感が良い。
焦がし叉焼は大きさも厚さも抜群に合う。
煮玉子は私の大好きな半熟度合いで、申し分なし。
いつも並びができる理由は、一度食すればわかります。

繁盛店の共通点は味、価格、ロケと接客。
毎度気持ちの良い対応に惹かれて足を運んでしまう。
中太ちぢれ麺に魚介スープがよく合う。
ランチセットの唐揚げとご飯も美味しい。
お昼時は行列必至。無料駐車場が空くのをひたすら待つ。それでも食べたくなる。
