変わったお店の名前で前々からお店は知っていましたが、今回初訪店。
もつ鍋はホルモンの臭みがあったりとあまり得意ではなかったのですが、
ここのホルモンは全く臭みなし！あるのは旨味のみ！
ポン酢を自身で調合してると聞いたので、水炊きをオーダー。
このポン酢がまた美味しい！
あっさりしてるので、なんぼでも食べれます！
店内は常連さんと思われるお客さんがちらほらおり、もの腰柔らかく、常に笑顔で対応してるマスターがとても好印象でした。
家族連れ、友達、カップルなどいろんな色んなシーンで使えるお店でした。
また行きます！
